Privacy Policy
Strong Beginner is built to help you plan and track beginner-friendly strength work. This policy explains what information is involved when you use the app, sign in, or manage a purchase.
Information We Use
If you create an account or sign in, we may use account details such as your name, email address, sign-in provider, and provider account identifier to create, secure, and support your account.
Apple or Google social login may share the basic account information you approve, such as name and email address. Strong Beginner does not use social login data for advertising.
Workout preferences, selected equipment, planned sessions, completed workouts, hydration logs, optional body details, and related progress details are used so the experience can work for you. Workout data is designed to stay local to your device unless a future sync feature or support request sends it from the app.
Purchases and subscription status are processed by the app store and RevenueCat so Strong Beginner can unlock paid features, check entitlement status, and restore purchases.
Local Workout Data
Resetting local app data removes workouts, progress, and preferences from that device. Account deletion does not cancel app store purchases, but purchases can usually be restored through the store account that bought them.
Account Requests
To request account deletion or an export of account data, email hello@strongbeginner.app from, or include, the email address used to sign in. We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.
