Use this address for support, privacy questions, account deletion requests, or account data export requests. If the request is about an account, include the email address used for Apple or Google sign-in.

For billing, refunds, and subscription status, purchases are handled securely through the app store and managed in the app through RevenueCat. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your store account settings.

Account Access

If Sign in with Apple or Google does not work, try again with the same provider and email address. If you still cannot access the account, email support with the sign-in provider you used.

Purchases

If a purchase does not appear right away, open the Profile screen and use the restore purchases option. Make sure the device is signed in to the same store account used for the purchase.

Local Data

Workout history, progress, preferences, hydration logs, and optional body details are stored locally on your device unless a future sync feature or support request sends them from the app.
